A Happy Resident

Wellington Woods is a great place to live. I’ve been here for about a year and a half and it’s been wonderful. Moving here ... from the other side of the state, I didn’t know many people. The residents here made me feel immediately welcomed. Everyone is friendly, fun and jovial. I feel like I am among extended family. Jamie our manager, has been extremely helpful in my transition here and seems to be on top of things around the property. Our facility is maintained nicely and she is always planning fun things for our residents. Quiet and Lots of amenities and the location is convenient. I would definitely recommend this community. Quality staff, life and location

My wife and I lived there for two years ('17-'19) until we moved out of State. Nearly every aspect of our stay was ... five star. Jamie the manager and "Sudo" the maintenance man worked hard to take care of everything from lease signing to move out. We can't express our happiness and gratitude enough for those two. A Undiscovered Gem

I moved into Wellington Woods in 2022. The Property manager, “Jamie”, helped me through the entire process from start to ... move-in. I have found Jamie to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When talking with her she is personable and kind, with a great sense of humor. The property is well maintained, clean and modern. My apartment was beautiful and needed nothing. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped with plenty of flowers and trees and there is ample parking. The Maintenance Technician person is named, “Sudo”, and he is amazing. Sudo is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to the tenants needs. He is super friendly, also with a great sense of humor. My Home

I moved into Wellington Woods four months ago, and have been very happy with the apartment completely. I have lived in homes ... all but the first year I was married, 48 yrs ago. But with age the home became a burden, so my children suggested trying a apartment. I wasn't sure. But I have no regrets. I lucked out finding a good clean, friendly, attractive, complex. What a Great Apartment Community

Jamie and Sudo

Jamie and Sudo do an excellent job here and deserve recognition. Last week when the pipes broke and things were happening ... with the heat as well, they were here and worked long, hard hours to make us all comfortable and at ease. They are good employees and good to us. That means so much. As I have gotten older, security means alot to me and they provide that to us. Sudo shovels by cars so residents don't have to wade through snow and comes here early to do it because he knows some people work and he's concerned about their welfare.
